Buckeye Leadership Fellows
The Buckeye Leadership Fellows Program builds, in partnership with alumni and community leaders, unique transformative experiences for undergraduate students so they can achieve a competitive advantage in their post-graduate pursuits and remain deeply connected to the university.
Center for Student Leadership Service
The Keith B. Key Center for Student Leadership and Service, on the second floor of the Ohio Union, is your point of connection for involvement at Ohio State. You can connect with leadership and service initiatives, engage with student organizations, advance your learning and create lasting memories.
Honors and Scholars Center
The University Honors Program promotes the intellectual and personal development of undergraduate students through an enriched academic experience and integration of curricular and co-curricular programming. Students in the Honors program have the opportunity to take classes from an advanced curriculum, including over 350 sections of Honors courses averaging fewer than 25 students. Honors students also have the opportunity to live in one of three designated Honors residential learning communities, which feature events and activities to support Honors students in connecting with peers, faculty, and resources across campus.

Leadership Awards
The Student Life Leadership Awards is an annual awards ceremony that celebrates members of the Ohio State community who demonstrate exceptional skills in leadership, activism, community engagement, and Creating the Extraordinary Student Experience. Over the past 61 years, The Ohio State University has recognized hundreds of students, advisors, and organizations who demonstrate leadership skills, collaboration, and a commitment to the Ohio State community. The Ohio State Leadership Awards are sponsored by the Office of Student Life.
Mount Leadership Society Scholars
In the Mount Leadership Society Scholars Program, students plan and implement community service projects, enhance leadership skills by interacting with local leaders, attend retreats on topics such as diversity, goal setting, and building a legacy, volunteer monthly at a variety of service sites such as Family Mentors Foundation, Mid-Ohio Food Collective, Connect with Ohio State alumni, faculty, and staff.
OSU Leadership Center
The OSU Leadership Center is led by a group of professionals dedicated to providing leadership-centered education and research to individuals, organizations, and communities. We provide high-quality, practical programs to build and strengthen leadership capacities. Created in 1990, the center is located on the Columbus campus of The Ohio State University and is a part of the Departments of Agricultural Communication, Education, and Leadership and OSU Extension. Our mission is to provide research-based resources and high-quality practical programs to build and strengthen leadership capacities that make a positive difference in the lives of Ohio's citizens.

Student Leadership Advocates
What is SLA? Student Leadership Advocates (SLA) is a peer leadership cohort supported by the Office of Student Life Student Activities. The role of SLA is to support the Ohio State community in leadership development, primarily through providing facilitation for leadership development workshops and retreats. SLA works with student leaders from across the university to support them as they develop as students and leaders.
